How does it work?

1. Application

After completing the FREE Airbnb Valuation form, we’ll assess your property/application and conduct preliminary research to offer you a prompt estimate. 
Following this, we’ll contact 
you with a potential monthly earnings projection and schedule a viewing at your earliest convenience.

2. Contract

After viewing your property and mutually agreeing on our collaboration, we will provide you with our holiday let management contract. 
This document encompasses our management terms, fees, and plans for any agreed-upon work.

3. Onboarding

After reviewing and signing the management contract, we’ll start the onboarding process. We’ll gather details about your Bristol property, optimize it for short-term rentals, ensure legal compliance, and then begin marketing to secure your first bookings.

4. Agreement

No! We don’t charge you any commission for the direct bookings generated by our systems.
