Whether it’s a cosy 1-bedroom apartment or a spacious 5-bedroom townhouse, we offer a FREE Airbnb Valuation tailored to your property’s location, size, and standard. The most desirable properties, which command the highest Airbnb valuations, typically boast excellent locations, parking facilities, outdoor spaces, and high-quality finishes.
Our comprehensive Airbnb Management package includes guest communication (24/7), cleaning & linen management, guest vetting, maintenance service, professional photography, listing creation on multiple platforms, an owner’s dashboard for tracking bookings, replenishment of necessities, proactive sales, payment handling, and revenue management using dynamic smart-pricing.
Our rates start from just 13% of the booking subtotal, depending on the size and type of your property. This covers full end-to-end management. We also offer discounted rates for larger properties or portfolio landlords.
No! We don’t charge you any commission for the direct bookings generated by our systems.
The commission is applicable on turnover (i.e., gross income or what the guest pays). All other costs will be deducted afterward, and the remaining profit will be transferred to the landlord’s account on the 22nd of each month, alongside the breakdown of the total turnover and corresponding costs.
