Founder of the fast-growing EasierManagement, Fabian is a forward-thinking and ambitious entrepreneur with extensive industry experience. Known for his strong work ethic and dedication, he has built a trusted, welcoming company and is the go-to for clients who want a transparent, hands-on management company without the corporate fluff.
He takes real pride in delivering genuine results. When he is not helping clients find their perfect property solution, you will find him skydiving, skiing or in the gym, always chasing the next adventure.
Operations Assistant
Salve is incredibly dedicated and reliable. Her wide range of skills means she handles the day-to-day tasks effortlessly, which makes her a perfect fit and a vital part of our team. Outside of work, she values quality time with close friends and family, creating special memories.
Photographer
Leighton is the fantastic photographer we have been working with since early 2022, and his creative approach brings properties to life through stunning photos. Property Manager
Lavinia, our dedicated Property Manager, has been working alongside Fabian on their dreams for almost 30 years, and as siblings they share a deep understanding and vision. With that shared outlook, she makes sure every property is managed with care and professionalism. In 2022, Lavinia took on an adventurous solo bike-packing trip from London to Romania, covering 2,300 km, a true testament to her adventurous spirit.
Bookkeeping & Accounting Expert
Caroline is our meticulous bookkeeping and accounting expert at EasierManagement, where she takes immense pride in her work. Since day one, she has played an essential role in keeping every financial matter accurate and efficient. A fun fact: Caroline also used to compete as a professional powerlifter. Web Developer
Valentin, our talented web developer, has been crafting our website since the very first version. His wizard-like coding skills make the seemingly impossible possible, while his patience with our wishes has been invaluable. Amalia, our fantastic Property Manager at EasierManagement, always goes the extra mile to get things done right. If you need something handled perfectly, she is your go-to person. Amalia loves a good challenge and is passionate about mountaineering, excelling at everything from waterfall ice climbing to summiting Western Europe's highest mountain, Mont Blanc.

Since joining us in 2024 as our Experience Designer and UX Strategy expert, Daniela has been dedicated to creating seamless and enjoyable online experiences. Her meticulous approach keeps our digital presence user-friendly and engaging, and her insight and expertise have played an important role in the growth of the EasierManagement brand.
